2. Website provision and hosting
Our website is hosted by dogado GmbH, Antonio-Segni-Straße 11, 44263 Dortmund, Germany. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the time of access, requested pages and files, the amount of data transferred, the server response status and information transmitted by your browser about your browser, operating system and, where applicable, the previously visited page.
This processing serves to provide the website, diagnose errors and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.
3. Server logs
Our hosting provider processes access and error logs for server operation and statistical analysis. According to information provided by dogado, IP addresses in these logs are anonymized after 24 hours; for IPv4 addresses, the last octet is set to zero. The complete log files are deleted within seven days at the latest.
The legal basis for processing personal data contained in logs is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is ensuring operational security, diagnosing errors and technically optimizing the website.
4. Contact and project inquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact, company and project information you provide in order to handle your inquiry. This may also include drawings, photographs and technical documents you send us.
The email button on our contact page opens your local email application. Clicking the button alone does not send us a message. You decide which information and attachments to submit.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry concerns a contract with you or related steps prior to entering into a contract. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Providing this information is voluntary; however, without necessary contact or project details, we may be unable to handle your inquiry.
5. Retention of inquiries
We retain inquiries for as long as necessary to process and resolve them. We subsequently delete personal data unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims require continued storage. Documents subject to statutory retention requirements are retained until the applicable retention period expires.
6. Language selection
Our website offers editorially prepared content in German, English and Polish. The language selectors link to the respective language version. Translation does not involve transmitting the content you access to an external translation service.
7. External links
Our website contains links to other online services, in particular LOMATEC’s Instagram profile and the AMRHEIN website in Poland. When you open these links, you leave our website. Connection data is then transmitted to the respective provider. Any further processing by that provider is governed by the privacy information provided on its website or service.
8. Recipients
Personal data may be processed by hosting and IT service providers where necessary to provide and maintain our technical systems. Within our company, access is granted to those who need the data to handle your inquiry. Other disclosures take place where required by law or where another legal basis under data protection law applies.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
Where we process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to that processing on grounds relating to your particular situation, in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn. To exercise your rights, please contact info@amrhein.biz.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The supervisory authority responsible for our company is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
